That is because….

Jesus is perfect and good

We are not

God is perfect and possesses all Good attributes to their fullest perfection. Love, justice, mercy, intelligence etc. He is a personal being not just a guy in the sky.
Jesus is not created and is eternal. Was begotten fully God and fully human. While He gave up some of his divine powers he was still 100% God and 100% human. Jesus is God in being and essence, if you have seen the Son you have seen the Father.
God sent Jesus, and Jesus came willingly full of the Spirit and died on the cross to show us His love for us.
There are no good people, and the standard for good is God himself.
Salvation is accepted by faith in Christ’s work alone, through the grace of God, it is not of works or human ambition…it is a gift.
You must be Born Again (John 3:3)
And your works will show the quality of your faith.
The truths of God are revealed in the Bible. It may take time and a certain amount of faith to trust the Bible, but the more you examine it carefully and prayerfully the more it becomes apparent it is the Word of God.
The Bible reveals God is ONE, but it also shows that the Father, Messiah and Spirit are all divine and eternal. Although difficult to understand with our current human limitations. God is three in ONE.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. It’s really simple, but really hard, if not impossible (except by Jesus) to do.

That is because….

God is perfect.

We are not.
